Our Story
We started in Canada with no money, no connections, and a $60,000 duplex infested with rodents.
My husband Fabio and I immigrated from Brazil to Canada in 2017 with determination and very little else. We learned English, learned the market, and figured out real estate by doing it — one renovation at a time.
We sold our first property, unlocked the equity, and reinvested. Then we did it again. And again.
Over 15 years, we built a portfolio spanning four Canadian provinces — co-living facilities, multifamily buildings, short-term rentals, and fix-and-flips — all as a family.
The real transformation didn't happen when we bought or sold properties. It happened when we stopped trading time for money and started building something that works for us — and for the families we house.
Today, we manage a 12-door portfolio generating with an average appreciation of 89% across our sold properties.
We are now expanding our affordable co-living model into the United States — starting in TX, then LA and FL — to help address the critical shortage of workforce housing for essential workers and families across the country.
